Refund Policy & Cancellation

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be happy with our AI tools and services. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Unused Coins: If you haven't used any of the coins you purchased, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase.
  • Partial Use Refund: If you've used some coins, you can get a refund for the unused coins. The cost of the coins you've used will be subtracted from the total amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Subscription Plans: If you bought a subscription and haven't used any coins, you can request a refund within 7 days of the subscription starting.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • If all coins have been used.
  • If the refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • If the coins were bought as part of a special promotion or discount.
  • If there is misuse of coins or violation of our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team and provide your purchase details (order ID, purchase date, and number of coins used).
  2. Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5-7 business days.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Refund Amount Calculation

The refund amount is calculated based on the following factors:

  • Transaction Fees: Please note that the transaction fees ( typically 2% to 3% of the transaction amount plus 18% GST ) charged by our payment processor are non-refundable.
  • Unused Coins: For partial refunds, the amount will be prorated based on the number of unused coins.
  • Full Refund: In case of a full refund (where no coins were used), you will receive the full amount you paid, but we will bear the transaction fees.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected here, and continuing to use our service after changes are made means you accept those changes. Please review this policy regularly.
